TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email where you may find the link to the courier webpage with a tracking number in order to be able to track your parcel.
DAMAGED PARCEL
Every single order that we ship from our warehouse passes a previous exhaustive quality control.
In case that you receive a damaged parcel, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible. If the damage is not important, then you can accept it and make a note of the damage.
In case that the damage is remarkable, you may refuse your order. If this happens, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service immediately. Please, have your order number to help us to give you a faster answer to solve your issue.
