HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT
In case you wish to return a product, contact us through the contact form by selecting the subject "Return of a product" and we will inform you on how to proceed.
You have 15 days, from the receipt of the product, to return it. Returned orders received after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
IMPORTANT: In any case, you must return the product with the original packaging of the brand (case, suede, etc.) and inside the DiferOPTICS cardboard box to avoid any damage to your return shipment.
The returns of the product will be made exclusively through our reverse collection service of our courier. To proceed with the collection, you must provide us with the day and an interval of 4 hours so that we can perform it efficiently.
The cost of returning a product from Peninsula and Balearic Islands is 7 euros; from Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands and the rest of Europe is 35 euros; and from the rest of the world it is 55 euros. This amount will be deducted from the refund of the amount of your purchase once we receive your product and we have confirmed that it is in perfect condition, without any type of damage.
All products purchased on our website can only be returned exclusively through our messaging channel. You must inform us, via our contact form (choosing the subject "Return of product"), that you wish to make the return (always within a maximum period of 15 days, counting from the reception of the order).
To proceed with the return of the order amount, the products must be returned in perfect condition and with their original packaging (brand name, suede and documentation that will be included) as well as inside the DiferOPTICS cardboard box in which did you get it.
In case we receive your returned product and appreciate any external signs of misuse, we reserve the right to return the goods with the refusal of return.
The products purchased on our website can not be returned, under any circumstances, at our Barcelona location (unless you have chosen the store collection when you made the purchase).
When making the return of your order in accordance with the conditions expressed in the previous sections, we will refund the full amount of the same (except the amount of the shipping costs, in case they have not been free), discounting the return costs specified here.
The maximum term of refund of the amount paid in no case will be greater than 14 days, counting from the day of receipt of the return of your product.
The moment we have received your return order, and inspected that it is in perfect condition, we will send you an e-mail informing you of the confirmation of payment of your order.
The refund will always be made in the same way in which the payment was made (paying in the purchase card or in the Paypal account used to place the order).
Depending on your bank, the refund will take between 1-10 days to be reflected in your account. For detailed information on the status of the refund, you should contact your bank.
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PRODUCT
You have the right to 1 change of product completely free of charge (ONLY FOR COUNTRIES INSIDE EUROPE, except from Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands). From the second change, and from the first in case of countries out of Europe, your collection cost would be the one detailed here.
In case you wish to make a product change, you must contact us through the contact form (choosing the subject of the "Product change" email) and we will explain how to proceed.
DiferOPTICS gives you a guarantee, through the manufacturer, of 2 years in all its products, from the day of sending them. This guarantee covers all possible damage to the frame due to a defect in the material's factory.
In case you notice any type of damage of this type, you should contact us, never within a period of more than 2 months from when you detect it.
The grated in the glasses or in the frame, as well as any damage produced by the misuse of the product, do not fall within the warranty coverage (unless they had been detected at the time of receiving the product and informed, in a term not exceeding 48 hours from receipt).
If you find yourself in any of the cases mentioned above, in which you need to open a warranty order, you must contact us, either by phone (on the phone +34 934 513 704), or through our form contact by selecting the subject "Product warranty" and we will respond as soon as possible to indicate how to proceed in these cases.
ATTENTION: DiferOPTICS SLP will assume all transport costs during the 2 years of the contractual guarantee from the delivery of products, provided that the warranty is accepted by the manufacturer. In case of being denied by the manufacturer, the customer will be obliged to assume the shipping costs to the manufacturer as well as the return ones.
